Signia Silk Charge&Go IX combines discreet in-the-ear hearing with rechargeable convenience and intelligent support for everyday conversations. Its compact, ready-to-wear completely-in-canal design sits discreetly inside the ear, making it well suited to people who want a less noticeable alternative to behind-the-ear hearing aids.
Ready to wear
Unlike a custom hearing aid that must be manufactured specifically for your ear, Silk Charge&Go IX can be professionally fitted using soft silicone sleeves available in different sizes and styles. This allows suitable customers to begin wearing their hearing aids without waiting for a custom device to be produced.
Optional custom earmoulds may also be available when additional comfort, retention or acoustic performance is required.
Designed for better conversations
Built on Signia Integrated Xperience technology, Silk Charge&Go IX is designed to improve access to speech while managing distracting background noise.
When two Silk hearing aids are worn together, Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0 combines information from both devices to create a more focused listening pattern. This helps emphasise speech coming from in front of the wearer in challenging or noisy environments.
Rechargeable everyday convenience
The built-in lithium-ion battery provides all-day hearing power without the need to regularly replace disposable batteries.
A compact portable charging case protects the hearing aids while travelling and includes an integrated power bank for charging away from a wall outlet. The case can also be recharged using a compatible Qi wireless charging pad.
Discreet and comfortable fit
Silk Charge&Go IX sits within the ear canal and has a soft, textured exterior designed to reduce reflections and make the hearing aids less noticeable.
It is available in black and mocha, allowing the device to blend more naturally with the ear canal and surrounding shadows.
Personalised control
The Signia app allows users to discreetly adjust volume and listening settings from a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone. The hearing aids can also be controlled using the optional Signia miniPocket remote control.
Silk Charge&Go IX does not support direct streaming of phone calls, music or other audio from a smartphone. Its wireless functionality is used for communication between the hearing aids, app-based controls and compatible CROS fittings.

Signia Silk Charge&Go IX is available in 1 IX, 2 IX, 3 IX, 5 IX and 7 IX performance levels.
