I was a bit apprehensive about making such an important and expensive purchase without having the backup of a local clinic. I needn’t be worried. I obtained a full auditory test from Lachlan in Sept, 2018, after becoming quite dissatisfied with my previous specialist, when my hearing loss was very difficult to cope with, particularly at work. New hearing aids were purchased and a series of small issues were effectively solved by Lachlan at short notice, without dispute. Sadly, I am now at 85% hearing loss, with new ear-moulds currently due pre-Xmas, with Lachlan once again squeezing me into his tight schedule.
