After you purchase, Lachlan has your hearing aids shipped to him in Melbourne, where he reviews and pre-programs them for you. He then organises a one-on-one call to explain what to expect, how to wear and pair your devices, and exactly what to do when they arrive. Tracking is provided the whole way.

Receive your hearing aids
Because Lachlan has already walked you through setup, you can start using your hearing aids the moment they arrive — no waiting and no extra appointments. If you need a hand getting them on or paired, he’s only a call away. Our clients love being able to hear clearly straight out of the box.
