Lachlan is just a pleasure to deal with. I purchased my hearing aid online late last year. I was a bit apprehensive about making such an important and expensive purchase without having the backup of a local clinic. I needn’t be worried. After having a technical difficulty due to my own negligence Lachlan arranged for repairs and shipments in a timely manner. He has been outstanding, helping with after sale support and communications.

I obtained a full auditory test from Lachlan in Sept, 2018, after becoming quite dissatisfied with my previous specialist, when my hearing loss was very difficult to cope with, particularly at work. New hearing aids were purchased and a series of small issues were effectively solved by Lachlan at short notice, without dispute. Sadly, I am now at 85% hearing loss, with new ear-moulds currently due pre-Xmas, with Lachlan once again squeezing me into his tight schedule. I am now a 75-year-old retiree who remains physically active and it is always a pleasure to deal with such a genuine person. I recommend his services to all.

You will receive highly attentive professional service. This is my experience after 4 other audiologists. You will find Lachlan, the audiologist, is extremely patient and accommodating. In my recent visit to Lachlan, I was pleasantly impressed with the time and service I received with regard to my hearing aids. Looking forward to getting my hearing aid back after it is upgraded, and hope to keep regular maintenance checks from them.

I have been fortunate enough to been a patient of Lachlan for the last 5 years after removal of a tumour on my right side I lost all hearing on that side making life difficult considering I have impaired hearing on my left side. I have worn hearing aids for many years prior to my surgery unfortunately my prior audiologist couldn’t help me after the surgery. I can’t thank Lachlan enough for magnificent treatment and service. I so happy with the ongoing service they are my optometrists as well and give great service and prices. I refer all my family and friends to Lachlan for caring, professional and efficient services. Absolutely the great.

Lachlan is fabulous. He is kind and caring and has been looking after my hearing aid needs for years. He will find you the right hearing aids for your needs and will help you get the best out of them, including down loading the app to your phone for you and showing you how to use it to adjust your phone if you’re not particularly tech savvy, which I’m not. I have recommended Lachlan to friends and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs hearing aids.

Hearing aids can be programmed around your hearing information and then fine-tuned after you have used them in real situations such as conversations, television, restaurants and phone calls. Remote fitting is not appropriate in every case, so Lachlan may recommend another approach if your hearing or ear health needs it.
Yes, where the hearing aid and your situation support remote adjustments. If things sound too sharp, too soft, too loud or unclear, the settings can often be refined once you have had time to use the devices in everyday situations. The first fitting does not have to be the final setting.
