I was a bit apprehensive about making such an important and expensive purchase without having the backup of a local clinic. I needn’t be worried. After having a technical difficulty due to my own negligence Lachlan arranged for repairs and shipments in a timely manner. He has been outstanding, helping with after sale support and communications.

I obtained a full auditory test from Lachlan in Sept, 2018, after becoming quite dissatisfied with my previous specialist, when my hearing loss was very difficult to cope with, particularly at work. New hearing aids were purchased and a series of small issues were effectively solved by Lachlan at short notice, without dispute. Sadly, I am now at 85% hearing loss, with new ear-moulds currently due pre-Xmas, with Lachlan once again squeezing me into his tight schedule. I am now a 75-year-old retiree who remains physically active and it is always a pleasure to deal with such a genuine person. I recommend his services to all.

He will find you the right hearing aids for your needs and will help you get the best out of them, including down loading the app to your phone for you and showing you how to use it to adjust your phone if you’re not particularly tech savvy, which I’m not.
