Signia Pure Charge & Go BCT 5 IX

Signia officially lists Pure Charge&Go BCT IX in the 7 IX, 5 IX and 3 IX levels. The models share the same rechargeable RIC hardware, Bluetooth Classic connectivity, built-in telecoil, hands-free calling, app support and CROS/BiCROS compatibility. The current technical data states up to 54 hours without streaming or up to 36 hours when five hours of streaming is included. Actual runtime varies with hearing loss, receiver power, streaming, settings and battery age.

Signia Pure Charge&Go BCT IX Hearing Aids

Signia Pure Charge&Go BCT IX combines advanced conversation technology, universal Bluetooth connectivity and long rechargeable battery life in a compact receiver-in-canal design.

Available in 3 IX, 5 IX and 7 IX performance levels, every model offers direct audio streaming, hands-free calling, Signia app control and access to compatible hearing-loop systems through its built-in telecoil.

Designed for group conversations

Signia Integrated Xperience is designed to follow conversations as they develop around you.

RealTime Conversation Enhancement analyses the surrounding sound environment, identifies conversation partners and adjusts continuously as people move or the wearer turns their head. This helps maintain access to multiple speakers rather than forcing the hearing aids to focus permanently in one direction.

Higher performance levels provide more detailed speaker tracking and stronger support in complex group conversations.

Separate speech from background sound

Augmented Focus processes speech and surrounding sounds separately. Speech is enhanced in one processing stream, while environmental sounds are managed in another.

This is designed to improve speech clarity without making the wider environment sound unnaturally quiet or disconnected. Speech and Noise Management, directional microphone processing and Speech Stabilizer provide further support across changing listening situations.

More natural own-voice sound

Own Voice Processing 2.0 recognises the wearer’s voice and processes it separately from other sounds.

This helps reduce the loud, artificial or enclosed sensation that some people experience when first wearing hearing aids, allowing their own voice to sound clearer and more natural. Own Voice Processing 2.0 is included across all three BCT IX performance levels.

Bluetooth Classic connectivity

Pure Charge&Go BCT IX uses Bluetooth Classic rather than the MFi, ASHA and Bluetooth LE Audio connections used by other Pure Charge&Go IX models.

It can connect directly to a wide range of compatible smartphones, tablets and computers for streaming phone calls, music, meetings, podcasts and other audio. Hands-free calling allows the hearing aid microphones to transmit the wearer’s voice during supported calls.

Long rechargeable battery life

The built-in lithium-ion battery provides up to 54 hours of hearing aid use without streaming under Signia’s stated testing conditions.

When five hours of streaming is included, the stated runtime is up to 36 hours. This provides enough power for extended daily use without requiring frequent top-ups.

Actual battery life depends on the hearing loss, selected receiver, listening environment, enabled features, wireless use and battery age.

Flexible charging options

Three charging options are available:

• The Standard Charger for straightforward charging at home
• The Portable Charger with an integrated power bank providing up to three additional charges
• The Dry&Clean Charger, which charges, dries and completes a UV-C cleaning cycle

This allows customers to select a charger based on whether they prioritise simplicity, travel or additional hearing aid care.
