How remote hearing aid fitting actually works
Remote fitting, sometimes called tele-audiology, lets a lot of the hearing aid journey happen from the comfort of home. For suitable clients, it can remove the need for repeated clinic visits without losing the personal, professional care.
It starts with your hearing
Everything begins with understanding your hearing. You can answer a few questions or upload a recent hearing test, and our team reviews whether remote fitting is likely to be appropriate for you.
Your devices arrive set up for you
Your hearing aids are prepared based on your hearing profile and sent to your door, so they are ready to wear when they arrive.
Fine-tuning from home
Real life is where hearing aids are tested: restaurants, the TV, phone calls and family conversations. If something feels too sharp, too soft or unclear, remote adjustments can help refine the settings without a trip to a clinic.
Most people are surprised how much can be done remotely, and how personal it still feels.

When in-person care is better
Remote fitting is not right for everyone. Complex ear health concerns or a need for a physical examination may call for in-person care, and we will always say so if that is the case.
