Oticon Intent miniBTE R combines powerful hearing support, rechargeable convenience and modern connectivity in a compact behind-the-ear design. With two fitting levels available in a single device, it can be professionally configured to support a broad range of hearing needs without requiring a different hearing aid model.

Built on Oticon’s Sirius™ platform, Intent miniBTE R uses second-generation artificial intelligence and Oticon BrainHearing™ technology to provide clearer, more balanced access to the sounds around you.
MoreSound Intelligence™ 3.0 continuously analyses the surrounding sound environment, helping reduce distracting noise while maintaining access to speech and other important sounds.
Intent 1 and Intent 2 also include 4D Sensor Technology. It uses information from conversation activity, head movement, body movement and the acoustic environment to recognise how your listening needs change and adjust the hearing support accordingly.
Flexible miniBTE design
Unlike a receiver-in-canal hearing aid, the miniBTE keeps the receiver inside the hearing aid casing. Sound is delivered into the ear using either a slim Corda miniFit tube or a traditional ear hook and earmould.
The device can be programmed at either an 85 or 105 fitting level, providing additional flexibility for different degrees of hearing loss and fitting requirements.
Rechargeable everyday power
The built-in lithium-ion battery provides up to 20 hours of everyday hearing power on a full charge. A one-hour charge can provide up to 16 hours of use, while approximately 15 minutes of charging can provide up to four hours.
Actual battery life will vary depending on hearing loss, streaming, listening environments, enabled features, battery age and wireless accessory use.

Bluetooth® LE Audio supports high-quality audio streaming and hands-free calls from compatible Apple, Android and other supported devices.
Oticon Intent miniBTE R also supports Google Fast Pair and Auracast™ broadcast audio. Auracast can allow users to receive compatible public audio broadcasts directly through their hearing aids in locations such as transport hubs, theatres and museums where the technology is available.
Smartphone and accessory control
The Oticon Companion app allows users to adjust volume and programs, check battery information and access supported remote-care functions.
Intent miniBTE R is also compatible with selected Oticon accessories, including the SmartCharger, TV Adapter 3.0, Remote Control 3.0, ConnectClip and EduMic.
Built for daily wear
The hearing aids have an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, a built-in telecoil for compatible hearing-loop systems and a double push-button for straightforward physical control.
IP68 does not mean the hearing aids should be worn while swimming or showering.
